Just wanted to take a moment to let you know how our baby is doing. Wow!!! She has gained 1lb.4ozs and is at 5lbs, 8 ozs and eats like a little pig. She is wonderful and both of our dogs love her. If Spike hears her cry, he runs to see what is wrong and he has also taught her to chase and tree squirrels. She tried climbing a tree yesterday and got mad when she was unable to get to the squirrels. Niki has brought so much life and fun to our home and everybody loves to hold and kiss her. I can not believe how she has become paper trained so fast. Will not poop in her sleeping area and better get her outside in the morning real fast. I had put the tee tee pads down in several places in the kitchen and she goes to them for tee tee. She is so smart and does something new everyday. Skip and I hate to leave her during the day for fear we will miss something. When you take her outside to play, you better be ready for running and chasing her and you have to tease her with a stick to get her back. She loves to chase sticks.

Just a note and a picture to let you know Peanut's doing fine on her 6 month birthday. Had her spayed 2 weeks ago. She is probably the smartest pup we've ever had...learns things VERY quickly. Crate trained and rings a bell when she wants to go out. Also have her trained for an invisible fence...so she's spending more time outside as it gets warmer.
Anyway she's doing great and we couldn't love her more. Thanks for our wonderful Westie!!

She's great!!! I've been meaning to email you! She's eating well and sleeping well. Some nights sleeping all through the night! She's sleeping in a crate beside my bed. If I have to get up with her, I take her downstairs to a puppy pad and she uses the bathroom then I take her right back to her crate where she goes right back to sleep. She had a good check up at the vet. Everybody loves her! She went Monday to visit my students and when I got her to school they surprised us with a Puppy Shower!!! She has enough toys that she open a dog toy store! She's almost mastered the command "sit". I'll send you some pictures soon!! Thank you so much! I will keep in touch. It's been a rough week at school...and I'm adjusting to a little less sleep! : ).
